




**Description** Senior Network Analyst responsible for creating technical documentation and IT procedures, as well as ensuring the operation, control, and optimization of the local network and subnets. Will monitor equipment and operating system performance, implementing and developing network security policies. Works on maintenance and monitoring of network infrastructure environments and services, including telecommunications. We seek professionals with resilience, commitment, responsibility, ownership mindset, and team spirit. **Responsibilities and Duties** Work on Network / Infrastructure and Telecommunications projects. Knowledge of Cisco Nexus, DNA, Controllers, and ISE solutions. Create technical documentation and IT procedures. Maintain the local network operational, providing and optimizing available computing resources. Control and monitor the performance of the local network and subnets, as well as installed equipment and operating systems. Implement and develop the network security policy. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the network infrastructure environment and services, including telecommunications. Address technological demands from the IT area. Ensure SLA compliance levels for demand fulfillment. Stay technically updated through self-study, courses, seminars, training sessions, discussion forums, etc. Ensure integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information under their management and verify security violations and incidents. Responsible for administering Windows and Linux servers (AD, DNS, WSUS, GPOs). Responsible for Network Security and devices including Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco Core and Access Switches, Cisco Access Points, BIG-IP F5, and WAF. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Networks, Systems Administration, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in a role equivalent to the one described. Certification or proof of completion of ITIL V3 or V4, CCNP or advanced CCNA, ACEX, or Telecommunications courses. In-depth knowledge of monitoring tools such as PRTG, Zabbix, Grafana, and others. Experience managing and configuring Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco or similar Switches, Basic knowledge of IP Telephony and Connectivity Network protocol troubleshooting.
