




Job Summary: Support Analyst II for vacation coverage, responsible for installation and configuration of equipment, incident diagnosis, and maintenance of operating systems and hardware. Dr. Teófilo Ribeiro de Andrade, 1060 \- Centro, São João da Boa Vista \- SP, 13870\-210 **Schedule:** Monday to Friday \- From 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM (subject to change by the client). **Contract Period:** March 02, 2026 to March 21, 2026 (TEMPORARY CONTRACT) * What We Are Looking For: \* Completed Bachelor's degree in IT-related field. **Experience:** 3 years in the field Flexibility regarding working hours. **Certification:** ITIL V4 or higher; **Certification:** MD\-102 Endpoint Administrator or equivalent; * Specific Knowledge: \* Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems; Advanced skills in maintenance and configuration of Microsoft Windows 7 or newer environments; Active Directory authentication technology; Office 365 and Office 2016 or newer suite; **Desktop Modem:** MD\-100 and MD\-101; Computer networks, wired and wireless; TCP/IP protocol; encryption and wireless network security; Advanced hardware maintenance skills; Basic English for reading. * Responsibilities and Knowledge: \* Providing support, installation, and configuration of new IT equipment, as well as reconfiguration of previously installed equipment; Analyzing and diagnosing incidents for problem resolution, occasionally collaborating with vendors and other professionals; Supporting installation and configuration of operating systems (MS\-Windows 7/8/10/11 or their technological successors); Supporting installation and configuration of native user tools on devices (MS\-Office Professional, MS Outlook, web browsers) or cloud-based tools (Office 365, Teams, OneDrive); Installing standard market-approved software provided and made available by the client (antivirus agents, PDF readers, plug\-ins, etc); Installing specific applications or information systems, provided that procedures, manuals, and/or tutorials are supplied, and with vendor or developer assistance if required; Verifying and identifying issues in cabling systems, performing basic and occasional infrastructure network repairs, such as network cable crimping and physical installation of access switches into racks (without configuration or programming); Recording, tracking, monitoring progress, and resolving service requests within the adopted incident management system, as implemented by the CLIENT; Developing procedures for administering solutions implemented to resolve problems and incidents, including documentation and operational procedures; Identifying tasks suitable for automation and developing or proposing tools to automate them; **Maintain an updated knowledge base:** Monitor revision and updates of operational procedures (documents), research new solutions, critically analyze processes, and propose improvements. * What We Offer: \* **Salary:** R$ 2\.651,48 **️ Meal Allowance:** R$ 30.00 per workday (20% PAT deduction) Transportation Benefit (if opted for, 6% deduction) ️ Life Insurance SESC Membership * Does This Fit You? \* **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree
