**Position Summary** **Location:** Araras-SP **Area:** SHE **Reporting to:** SHE Manager **Do we have any mapped employee?** No **A day in the life of...** The continuous pursuit of improving occupational health and safety conditions in both internal and outsourced workstations aims to eliminate risks of accidents and occupational diseases. This is achieved through preventive actions with employees and relevant departments, including training, campaigns, and the adoption of collective and individual protective measures. Additionally, it is essential to lead the implementation and sustainability process of ISO 45.001 standard and other legal requirements related to occupational health and safety. Active participation in the Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) pillar is crucial to align TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) with SGI (Integrated Management System). Finally, managing occupational health and safety performance indicators guides improvement processes and corrective actions. * Conduct assessments of all workstations within the Unit to identify and control hazards, damages, and prevent occupational diseases; * Propose and forward to the Services Department actions for correcting/improving workstations to prevent accidents, occupational diseases, and ensure compliance with legal requirements (NR – Regulatory Standards); * Deliver Occupational Health and Safety training modules and refresher courses to employees, preparing them to perform their duties safely and adhere to the principles and rules of the Occupational Safety Policy; * Conduct Occupational Health and Safety orientation/training for Third Parties and Service Providers, informing them about the Unit's Occupational Health and Safety regulations; * Coordinate and ensure updates of Environmental Reports (PPRA, Risk Mapping), Emergency Plans (Ammonia/Fire), PCMSO/Annual Medical Report, PCA, PPR, LPD/TNC (SGI), Ergonomic Assessments, and Action Plans; * Issue PPP/DSS 8030 reports and documentation required for retirement requests of employees exposed to risk factors; * Control Firefighting Equipment (extinguishers, hydrants, hoses, etc.), monitoring tests, inspections, and recharges to maintain firefighting equipment in perfect working condition; * CIPA formation and training, organization of SIPAT – Internal Workplace Accident Prevention Week; * Formation and training of Unit Emergency Brigades, ensuring they remain qualified, up-to-date, and ready for response; * Participate in and support processes and committees related to NR 12, NR 10, NR 20, and NR 13; * Support the administration and review of procedures/documentation related to the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and other related tools, systems, and ISO 45.001; * Support actions related to requests originating from legal Occupational Safety areas. **What will lead to your success?** Occupational Safety Technician qualification Practical field experience ISO 45.001 implementation and maintenance experience is desirable. Experience in implementing and maintaining Integrated Management Systems is desirable.
