Job Summary:
A professional responsible for setting up, operating, and adjusting CNC machines to manufacture parts, ensuring quality control and equipment maintenance.
Key Highlights:
1. Operating and adjusting CNC machines for the production of various parts.
2. Performing dimensional and visual quality control of manufactured parts.
3. Conducting daily machine maintenance to ensure functionality.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, bending, cutting, etc.
* Adjust cutting parameters, workpiece clamping pressure, direction of coolant fluids, tool offsets, measuring instruments, and automatic or manual loading/unloading systems.
* Perform dimensional adjustments to enable tools for operation.
* Understand task specifications and desired outcomes by interpreting operation sheets, mechanical drawings, etc.
* Prepare and load raw materials and parts into the machine.
* Conduct verification tests to confirm whether machines produce results meeting specifications.
* Adjust machines to complete full cycles aimed at manufacturing large quantities of parts.
* Quality control of parts: perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
* Monitor machines during task execution and make any necessary adjustments to achieve optimal results.
* Inspect and measure finished products and compare them against requirements to determine whether the process was completed correctly.
* Check and perform daily maintenance on machines to ensure functionality.
