This principle is reinforced throughout our hiring process and actively practiced within the company.*** We know that outstanding results are achieved only with an outstanding team; therefore, we seek talented and passionate individuals who desire professional growth and wish to build a career path with us. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Develop, enhance, and maintain .NET (C#) backend applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and quality. * Work on microservices architecture, participating in technical decision-making and solution design (preferably Hexagonal). * Implement and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring best practices, versioning, and security. * Work with messaging systems (Kafka and RabbitMQ) for system integration. * Write and maintain unit tests and support automated testing strategies. * Work in AWS cloud environments, leveraging managed services as required by the project. * Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevOps best practices. * Work in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban), actively collaborating with developers, QA, product, and architecture teams. * Support initiatives related to application monitoring, observability, and optimization. * Contribute to the migration and evolution of critical systems—such as card platforms and financial products—where applicable. **Essential Qualifications:** * Solid experience with C# and .NET (preferably .NET 8). * Consistent knowledge of microservices architecture. * Experience with distributed messaging (Kafka and RabbitMQ). * Strong expertise in REST API and JSON development. * Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB). * Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, or similar). * Experience with version control Git (GitHub and/or Azure DevOps). * Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices. * Knowledge of AWS (core services). * Practical experience with unit testing (xUnit). * Solid understanding of SOLID principles, Clean Code, and Design Patterns. * Experience working in agile environments. * Proactive, collaborative, and communicative mindset. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in financial products (cards, PIX, TED, TEF, acquiring/issuing). * Knowledge of fraud prevention and anti-fraud measures.
