Occupational Safety and Quality Assistant (Temporary)
**Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct **safety onboarding sessions** for employees and third-party personnel working in the field. * Manage **distribution and control of PPEs**, ensuring up-to-date records and compliance with legal requirements. * Maintain **control and archiving of departmental documents** (e.g., technical reports, training certificates, regulations, inspection reports, among others). * Deliver or support **safety trainings and campaigns** aimed at raising awareness and preventing accidents. * Conduct **safety and environmental inspections**, identifying hazards and proposing corrective and preventive measures. * Initiate and monitor **CATs (Work Accident Notifications)**. * Participate in **internal and external audits** related to safety, quality, and environment. * Support **CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention)** activities, including meetings, recordkeeping, and follow-up on action plans. * Control and assist in the **submission of environmental documentation**, as well as in **waste management** (collection, inventory, and disposal). * Support the **occupational health department** in scheduling employees for medical examinations (ASO). * Perform **material inspections** and prepare **non-conformance reports**, tracking resolutions and deadlines. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Technical course in Occupational Safety currently underway. * Knowledge of **NRs (Regulatory Standards)** and labor legislation related to occupational safety and health. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office tools** (especially Excel). * Prior experience in administrative and operational routines within safety, environment, and quality areas is desirable. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Proactivity and sense of responsibility. * Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
