Role Mission: Work within the RA Educa squad—the education vertical of Reclame AQUI— by integrating expertise in design, pedagogy, and technology to create learning experiences. This person will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions tailored to the specific needs of a target audience, using diverse tools, methodologies, and formats. Responsibilities and Duties: * Needs analysis: Identify learning needs of employees or students through research, interviews, and data analysis. * Learning design: Develop learning programs by defining objectives, content, activities, and assessments aligned with the organization’s strategic goals. * Material creation: Produce diverse instructional materials, such as e-learnings, studio-recorded videos, in-person and online events, simulations, games, infographics, and other visual resources. * Course development: Design and deliver online and in-person courses, ensuring pedagogical quality and optimal user experience. * Project management: Coordinate learning solution development projects from conception to final delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget. * Evaluation and optimization: Monitor the effectiveness of learning solutions, collect participant feedback, and make adjustments to improve performance. * Innovation: Stay current with the latest trends in instructional design and learning technologies, seeking innovative solutions to enhance the learning experience. Essential Skills: * Learning design: Knowledge of instructional design and teaching-learning methodologies. * Technology: Familiarity with e-learning platforms (LMS), online collaboration tools, and other educational technologies. * Pedagogy: Understanding of pedagogical principles and ability to adapt content to diverse learner needs. * Communication: Ability to clearly and concisely convey complex ideas, both in writing and verbally. * Creativity: Capacity for innovative thinking and proposing creative solutions to learning challenges. * Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
