Each one of us plays a vital role in our mission — we’re here to shine! **Responsibilities and Duties** We seek a Full-Stack Developer with AI expertise to join Gerando Falcões’ technology core, leading the evolution of our data- and AI-powered digital platform. The ideal candidate has solid experience in modern web development (React/Next.js, TypeScript on the front-end; Node.js/Edge Functions on the back-end), plus hands-on experience with multi-tenant architectures using relational and vector databases (Supabase/Postgres, pgvector). * Serve as a key bridge between traditional software development and AI applications, ensuring efficient integration with Google Cloud services (BigQuery, Vertex AI) and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, n8n), within a collaborative, agile, and socially impactful environment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience: Proven full-stack development experience (Next.js/React on the front-end; Node.js/Supabase on the back-end), promoting best practices in architecture, security, and scalability. * Demonstrated experience integrating Artificial Intelligence (LLMs, embeddings, RAG pipelines) into production systems. * Proficiency in React/Next.js and TypeScript on the front-end. * Practical experience with Node.js (APIs and microservices). * Strong command of Supabase/Postgres, including Row-Level Security (RLS) and extensions such as pgvector. * Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP): BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions. * Knowledge of scalable architectures and modern design patterns. * Ability to work autonomously, propose solutions, and lead technical initiatives. * AI Integration: Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and intelligent agents using vector databases (pgvector) and services like Vertex AI and LangChain. * Back-end Development and APIs: Build secure, high-performance APIs (REST/GraphQL), including Supabase Edge Functions, to serve data and AI models at scale. * Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and optimize GCP-based solutions — especially BigQuery, Cloud Run, and Cloud Functions — integrating data from diverse sources while ensuring high availability. * Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with data, product, and AI teams to translate complex problems into scalable, AI-driven solutions. * Governance and Security: Implement and maintain RLS (Row-Level Security) policies, LGPD compliance, and multi-organization data governance strategies. * Mentoring and Quality: Conduct code reviews, support fellow developers, and promote modern software engineering and AI practices. **Additional Information** We are a social development ecosystem focused on **overcoming poverty in favelas**. We operate through the strength of an **NGO Network** comprising over 2,000 social leaders across Brazil, united by an audacious mission: **to turn favela poverty into a museum exhibit before Mars is colonized**.
