An occupational safety professional currently studying or recently graduated, responsible for providing technical support to Occupational Safety Technicians in managing Mecalor’s external activities—including installations and technical assistance at client sites. Supports team mobilization, document dispatch and maintenance, issuance of Risk Analysis Reports (APR) and Work Permits (PT) under the guidance of the responsible Technician, registration on portals, and technician integration. Monitors field activity execution, proposing preventive and corrective actions to eliminate hazardous conditions and non-conformities. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or having completed a Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Basic knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs), especially NR-01, NR-06, NR-10, NR-12, NR-18, NR-33, and NR-35; * Familiarity with APR, Work Permit, and document control; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to use online platforms and client portals; * Driver’s license category B is desirable; * Availability for accompanied technical visits, as needed. **Responsibilities:** * Support administration of legal and technical occupational safety documentation for team mobilization at client sites; * Assist in completing, organizing, and updating APRs and Work Permits according to the Occupational Safety Technician’s guidelines; * Support management of registrations and document updates on client platforms and portals; * Monitor safety integration processes for technicians and third parties; * Control and organize certificates, mandatory training records, and occupational safety and health (OSH) documents; * Support maintenance, control, and submission of documents required by clients and contracts; * Assist in monitoring external activities, observing hazardous conditions and proper use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE); * Record field information, evidence, and simple reports when requested; * Support preventive actions, Daily Safety Talks (DDS), and internal safety campaigns; * Comply with Mecalor’s internal SSMA procedures.
