Key duties include: identification and authorization of residents, visitors, and service providers; front-desk service and communication with residents; vehicle control and garage access; receipt and registration of packages; CCTV surveillance; implementation of security and emergency protocols. **Salary**: R$ 2.031,57 * Meal Voucher (VR): R$ 26.03 per workday * Food Allowance (VA): R$ 205.91 * Transportation Voucher (VT): Up to R$ 18.80 (bus \+ subway) * Work location: Rua Padre Raposo – Mooca \- São Paulo \- SP. **Working Hours**: * Day shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM **Requirements**: * Easy access to the Mooca/SP area (subway); * Prior experience in this role; * Availability to work daytime 12x36 schedule; * Punctuality and responsibility; * Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
