We are looking for a COE DevSecOps Specialist to join our Center of Excellence (COE), leading strategic DevSecOps initiatives, promoting secure development best practices, and driving the continuous evolution of engineering platforms. Location: South Zone \- SP Work Model: Hybrid Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and evolve DevSecOps pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub, and SAST solutions (Checkmarx); Define processes, standards, and components for DevSecOps platforms; Develop access architectures based on RBAC (Role\-Based Access Control); Serve as a technical reference in development, architecture, and code quality; Lead code reviews, mentoring, and dissemination of best practices; Collaborate with Backend, Frontend, Product, Data, and Infrastructure teams; Create and maintain technical documentation for components, APIs, and architectural standards; Prepare reports, conduct training sessions, support deliveries, and promote continuous team improvement. Requirements: ✅ Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields; Minimum 8 years of experience in software development; Solid experience in DevOps and DevSecOps environments; Experience with Docker and Kubernetes; Knowledge of Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines; Experience with SAST tools, preferably Checkmarx; Backend development using .NET (including asynchronous programming – async/await); Experience with Microservices-based architecture and REST APIs; Strong knowledge of data modeling, SQL query optimization, and PostgreSQL and/or Oracle databases; Knowledge of Design Patterns and software architecture best practices; Frontend development experience for collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams; Excellent communication skills, collaborative mindset, and technical leadership capability. * Nice-to-Have Experience with observability tools such as Elastic APM, Prometheus, and Grafana; Experience working in Centers of Excellence (COE); Knowledge of Application Security; Certifications in Cloud, DevOps, or Kubernetes.
