We seek responsible, attentive professionals with strong professional demeanor to ensure secure entry and exit for residents, visitors, and service providers. **Main Responsibilities:** Access control for people and vehicles; Visitor registration in the system; CCTV surveillance; Intercom response and resident support; Delivery and logging of packages and correspondence; Completion of incident reports; Adherence to internal condominium procedures. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Previous experience as an access controller or doorman; Strong communication skills, attentiveness, and professional demeanor; Basic computer literacy; Flexible availability. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Basket II Bonus.
