




Job Summary: The Controller Coordinator will coordinate accounting, tax, FP&A, and cost areas, ensuring compliance with regulations and legislation, preparing annual budgets and forecasts, and identifying tax-saving opportunities. Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting. **1\.** **About the Position** =========================== The Controller Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the following areas: accounting, tax, FP\&A, and costs. With an analytical and hands-on profile, this professional must ensure compliance with IFRS/CPC standards, tax legislation, internal policies, and other applicable instructions and guidelines. They will be responsible for preparing the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, and identifying tax-saving opportunities. **2\.** **Work Location** ============================= Itaim Bibi, São Paulo (On-site). **3\.** **Responsibilities** ============================= * Ensure high-quality financial closing in accordance with applicable accounting standards and tax requirements; * Review monthly fixed asset controls and reconciliations for the Company; * Ensure and review accounting reconciliations and compliance with the Company’s internal policies; * Ensure group consolidation and calculation/accounting of hedge accounting; * Support external audit activities; * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal tax laws; * Review and validate calculations for direct and indirect taxes; * Coordinate and support tax audits and due diligences, acting as the primary contact point for tax-related matters; * Responsible for preparing the annual budget and quarterly forecasts; * Responsible for analytical review of result variances against the budget; * Responsible for preparing the monthly results meeting, finance committee, and project analysis; * Implement internal controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of tax and accounting information. **4\.** **Qualifications / Mandatory Requirements** ================================================== * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree preferred: in Controllership and Finance, IFRS, or Taxation; * Experience managing people; * In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, Brazilian tax legislation, and fiscal regulations; * Experience with ancillary obligations and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle); * Experience in incorporation, spin-offs, and mergers; * Department structuring and ERP implementation experience; * Knowledge of paralegal matters; * Advanced-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Intermediate-level English or Spanish is a plus; * Behavioral competencies: communication, teamwork, analytical and problem-solving thinking, and hands-on profile. **5\.** **Competencies** ======================== * Leadership * Communication * Ethics * Teamwork * Analytical ability * Innovation * Results orientation 6\.
