Job Summary: Develop, execute, and manage complete executive projects, ensuring technical quality, compliance with standards, and effective communication with stakeholders. Key Highlights: 1. Active communication with internal clients and suppliers Responsibilities and Duties: * Develop and execute complete executive projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards, internal guidelines, and agreed deadlines; * Analyze and coordinate technical information (structural projects, reports, legal approvals, and municipal documents), ensuring the final version is up-to-date and accurate; * Monitor and track project progress under your responsibility, overseeing deadlines, deliverables, and potential adjustments; * Record all stages and information in management tools (spreadsheets and internal controls), ensuring traceability and organization; * Ensure technical quality of deliverables by reviewing details, measurements, and specifications prior to submission; * Maintain active communication with internal clients, suppliers, and other involved departments, aligning information and reporting status via e\-mail and/or reports; * Ensure all information remains up-to-date, accessible, and properly documented until project completion. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed Technical or Higher Education — Civil/Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction Technology, or Electrotechnology; * Prior experience as a project designer; * Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, AutoCAD); * Mandatory experience in telecommunications — mobile telephony, towers, antennas.
