Property Security Technician

Responsibilities **Job Mission** Responsible for performing technical reception and surveillance services, ensuring the protection of the company's assets, safeguarding the security of third-party customers and employees, and complying with entry and exit authorization procedures, with the objective of securing the assets under their responsibility. **Responsibilities** * Monitor access, movement, entry, and exit of visitors, suppliers, customers, and vehicles by enforcing entry authorization procedures, requesting identification documents, and maintaining control records; * Coordinate installation services for alarm systems, automated gates, intercoms, access control systems, and security cameras, through team supervision and guidance in accordance with the pre-established security plan; * Conduct periodic patrols and inspections of internal and external company areas, identifying preventive and corrective maintenance needs within the facility; * Manage and maintain security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control) by evaluating compliance with procedures, technical specifications, and security plans; * Ensure service quality delivered by contracted companies through monitoring and verification of performed services, assessing adherence to the security plan and applicable regulations to correct any deficiencies that may negatively impact expected outcomes; * Guide visitors by informing them about regulations, internal security policies, and procedures, and deliver safety materials and equipment when necessary; * Ensure compliance with workplace conservation, cleaning, and hygiene procedures; guide third parties on adherence to safety, discipline, and accident prevention standards; * Ensure compliance with current legislation and organizational policies and standards regarding health, occupational safety, and environmental protection; * Ensure compliance with current legislation and organizational policies and standards regarding health, occupational safety, and environmental protection through execution of assigned duties; * Monitor KPIs of the contracted Property Security company.
