Experience with AutoCAD; REVIT or BIM is desirable Job Description * Develop and coordinate fire protection projects, including detection, alarm, suppression, and legal compliance systems. * Define design criteria based on national and international standards (CBM, NFPA, ABNT, FM Global, among others). * Perform hydraulic calculations and technical specifications for fire suppression systems (sprinklers, fire hydrants, deluge, detection and alarm, etc.). * Prepare and review descriptive memoranda, design criteria, technical reports, and specifications. * Coordinate and guide designers in preparing technical drawings and documentation. * Conduct critical analysis of multidisciplinary projects, ensuring compliance with fire protection safety requirements. * Participate in technical meetings with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. * Conduct technical site visits and field surveys as required. * Ensure projects comply with applicable standards, regulations, and client requirements. * Support approval processes with the Fire Department and other competent authorities. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or related fields). * Proven experience in fire protection projects. * Knowledge of applicable standards (ABNT, CBM, NFPA, FM Global, etc.). * Experience with AutoCAD; REVIT or other BIM platforms is desirable. * Ability to develop design criteria and technical specifications. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience in industrial projects. * Experience with hydraulic calculation software. * Knowledge of BIM methodology. * Technical English.
