Review and implement quality-related procedures, work instructions, and records. Conduct internal and supplier audits, preparing audit reports and corrective action plans. Support internal teams in preparation for external and customer audits. Coordinate and follow up on non-conformities, deviations, and customer complaints. Implement quality tools (MASP, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA, SPC, Pareto) jointly with production departments. Monitor quality performance indicators (scrap, rework, returns, customer satisfaction index). Support new product and packaging structure development, ensuring technical and legal requirements. Deliver training and capacity-building sessions for teams on best practices, quality culture, and continuous improvement.
