Apply now and build the future of technology with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze functional and technical requirements related to solutions implemented on Salesforce. * Design manual test scenarios and test cases based on user stories and functional specifications. * Execute functional tests, regression tests, integrated tests, and exploratory tests. * Validate functionalities developed on Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other platform solutions). * Log, document, and track defects identified during testing. * Collaborate with developers and analysts to analyze and reproduce bugs. * Support the team in validating fixes and performing retests. * Participate in agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. * Contribute to continuous improvement of quality and testing processes within the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in manual software testing. * Experience or familiarity with testing in Salesforce environments. * Knowledge of designing test scenarios and test cases. * Experience in functional testing and regression testing. * Familiarity with defect and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar). * Experience working in agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban). * Ability to analyze requirements and identify relevant test scenarios. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud. * Basic understanding of the Salesforce platform architecture (objects, fields, layouts, flows). * Experience testing integrations between Salesforce and other systems. * Experience in CRM or digital transformation projects. * Certification or coursework related to software quality or Salesforce. **Additional Information** We are the **SysMap Group**, composed of the brands **SysMap Solutions, TriggoLabs, and triggo.ai**, an ecosystem of high-impact companies in the market, delivering innovative technology solutions that transform businesses and develop people.
