Qualification **Skills and Experience** * Solid backend development experience with Python. * Practical experience in Artificial Intelligence, with emphasis on Copilot, LLMs, and building intelligent agents. * Experience in creating, maintaining, and evolving various types of AI agents. * Knowledge of integrating agents with corporate systems and business workflows. * Advanced English proficiency for conversation, with ability to interact directly with international clients. * Analytical, collaborative profile with strong communication skills and solution orientation. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of other programming languages such as C\# .NET, React, Angular, or Golang. * Experience with Azure OpenAI and/or custom Copilot initiatives. * Microsoft certifications or related to Cloud, AI, and software development.
