Maintaining the cleanliness and integrity of work sites Elmar Construction Company is hiring a Construction Laborer Job Responsibilities: Perform simple manual tasks in civil construction to assist in building and renovation projects. · Load, unload, and transport materials manually or using wheelbarrows and/or hand tools, enabling the use or removal of such materials. · Excavate trenches and pits, cut grooves in floors and walls, and remove soil, plaster, and other compounds to facilitate foundation work, installation of water or electrical piping, or similar construction activities. · Mix cement, sand, water, gravel, and other materials manually or mechanically to produce concrete or mortar. · Prepare and transport materials, tools, equipment, or any components, cleaning and organizing them according to instructions. · Assist skilled workers or supervisors, either independently or collaboratively, to successfully complete assigned tasks. · Maintain the cleanliness and integrity of work sites. · Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment.
