Responsibilities: Assist in executing construction, repair, and maintenance tasks on site, following the mason supervisor's instructions. Prepare and organize required construction materials, such as cement, sand, bricks, etc. Perform cleaning and organization of the worksite, maintaining safety and order. Assist in assembling and dismantling formwork, metal structures, and scaffolding as needed. Load and unload construction materials and transport them to designated usage locations on site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations during work, using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Collaborate with the work team to foster a cooperative and efficient working environment. Requirements: Prior experience as a masonry helper or in civil construction activities (desirable but not mandatory). Ability to work collaboratively in a team and follow instructions effectively. Willingness to travel and stay in company-provided accommodation during project duration, as required. Commitment to meeting deadlines and ensuring service quality.
