Job Summary: A professional responsible for controlling and maintaining vehicle and mobile trackers to ensure cargo and vehicle security, as well as providing operational and safety support. Key Highlights: 1. Vehicle and mobile tracker control and maintenance 2. Support to risk management companies and driver training 3. Operational monitoring for cargo security and access control Monitor OMNILINK, ONIXSAT, and 3S trackers; Perform tracker installations and uninstallations in vehicles; Conduct tracker maintenance, schedule tasks, perform checklists, and provide support for vehicle tracking; Support risk management companies in cases of maintenance, signal loss, theft, or robbery to prevent delays and complications during transportation; Provide training and guidance to drivers regarding trackers; Manage mobile trackers (ISCAS), including monitoring, distribution, control, camouflage, maintenance, support, and installation for cargo location in case of incidents; Support vehicle release by controlling departures in the system and verifying compliance with all regulations to prevent travel-related incidents; Monitor all escort requests; Coordinate with security service providers; Monitor incidents via CCTV, sensors, and company alarms; Supervise operations to ensure cargo security under Ativa's responsibility; Register employees and drivers for gate entry authorization; Manage documentation; Register drivers and assistants. * **We are currently evaluating salary expectations and availability for working hours** Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) Transportation Allowance, Food Allowance, Meal Voucher, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance
