Job Summary: We are seeking a Metal Structure Assembler - Team Leader to perform assembly, installation, and maintenance of steel structures, interpreting engineering drawings and leading the team to ensure execution in compliance with technical standards and quality and safety requirements. Advanced interpretation of technical drawings We are looking for a Metal Structure Assembler - Team Leader to work on the assembly, installation, and maintenance of steel structures in civil and industrial construction projects. The professional will be responsible for interpreting engineering drawings and technical schematics, performing layout markings, alignments, and fixations; leading the team of welders and assemblers; scheduling production; and ensuring correct execution in accordance with technical standards and quality and safety requirements. Main Responsibilities: * Assemble metal structures (warehouses, mezzanines, roofs, supports, stairs, racks, and others). * Interpret engineering drawings, technical drawings, and sketches for field execution. * Perform necessary layout markings, measurements, cuts, and adjustments for assembly. * Carry out alignment, plumb, and leveling of components and structures. * Fix components using bolts, welding, or anchor bolts, as specified. * Assist in lifting and moving components using auxiliary equipment (hoists, cranes, aerial work platforms). * Comply with and enforce occupational safety regulations (NR-18, NR-35, mandatory PPE). * Lead the team of welders and assemblers, ensuring all members fulfill their duties. * Production planning. Requirements: * Proven experience in assembling metal structures. * Experience in a leadership role. * Advanced knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings. * Proficiency in using manual and electric tools (drills, grinders, sanders, wrenches). * Basic knowledge of measurement, leveling, and plumb checking. * Availability for working at heights and traveling. * Availability to work across different construction sites. * Driver's License Category B Type of position: Full-time permanent employment (CLT) Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Leadership position (Mandatory) * Metal structure assembly (Mandatory) Travel availability: * 100% (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
