




Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and addressing operational incidents to ensure smooth delivery flow, investigating root causes of failures, and proposing solutions to reduce losses, delays, and rework. Works directly with drivers, customers, and internal departments to ensure information accuracy and service excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor daily delivery incidents (damages, returns, redeliveries, discrepancies, losses, refusals, delays, etc.). * Record and update incidents in internal systems. * Conduct root cause analysis and issue evidence-based reports. * Address and resolve incidents jointly with drivers, customers, and the operations team. * Request and verify supporting documents (CT-e, proof of delivery, photos, invoices). * Track incident resolution deadlines and ensure timely customer follow-up. * Identify opportunities for improvement in logistics processes. * Support KPI tracking related to incidents and delivery performance. * Assist with inventories and controls when stock or goods returns are impacted. **Requirements:** * High school diploma; technical or higher education in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields preferred. * Prior experience in logistics, especially in incident management or package tracking. * Familiarity with logistics management systems (TMS) and intermediate Excel skills. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
