Kitchen Official – Rede Mater Dei We are seeking a Kitchen Official to join our Nutrition team at Hospital Mater Dei in Betim. If you have experience in food services, work well in a team, and value hygiene and organization, join us. Your responsibilities will include: * Assisting the cook in food preparation, cutting, and cooking. * Portioning, packaging, labeling, and transporting meals. * Assembling meal trays according to medical prescriptions and clinical nutrition guidelines. * Managing supply and organization of distribution counters. * Cleaning and sanitizing equipment, work surfaces, utensils, and the work area. * Ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards (Good Manufacturing Practices Manual and Standard Operating Procedures), under the supervision of the nutritionist and nutrition technician. * Working in accordance with safety regulations, properly using PPE and uniforms.
