**Schedule:** 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM *Responsibilities*: * **Maintenance and Cleaning:** * Clean and maintain common areas and gardens. * **General Repairs and Maintenance:** * Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and masonry repairs. * Inspect and ensure proper operation of facilities, such as lighting, water pumps, automatic gates, etc. * **Waste Management:** * Collect and dispose of garbage appropriately. * **Security and Monitoring:** * Monitor people entering and exiting to ensure site security. * Report any suspicious activities or incidents to management. * Accompany and supervise service providers entering the premises. * **Administration:** * Manage inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies, requesting replenishment when necessary. * Maintain records of performed activities and maintenance tasks. *Requirements*: * **Prior Experience:** Minimum of 6 months’ experience as a janitor or in similar roles. * **Technical Skills:** Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and minor repairs. * **Interpersonal Skills:** Good communication, proactivity, and problem-solving ability. * **Other Requirements:** Driver’s license Category A or B.
