We are seeking a results-oriented Commercial Manager to lead sales strategy in the real estate market, with a focus on new project launches and management of commercial teams. This professional will be responsible for designing and executing commercial plans, driving performance, and ensuring achievement of sales targets. **Key responsibilities** * Lead, develop, and supervise the team of real estate agents and commercial coordinators * Define and implement sales strategies for real estate developments * Manage performance indicators (VGV, conversion rate, sales velocity, average transaction value, etc.) * Collaborate with marketing, product, and development departments to ensure strategic alignment * Oversee project launches, sales shifts, and commercial initiatives * Analyze market conditions, competitors, and trends to optimize results * Develop partnerships with real estate agencies, independent agents, and sales channels * Ensure excellence in customer service and throughout the purchasing journey **Requirements** * Solid experience in the real estate market (development, launch sales, or real estate agencies) * Prior experience in a commercial leadership role * Strong knowledge of performance metrics and sales funnel management * Skills in negotiation, team management, and decision-making * Analytical, strategic, and results-driven profile **Preferred qualifications** * Experience with mid- to high-end real estate products * Knowledge of real estate CRM systems (e.g., CV CRM, Kenlo, etc.) * Experience in structuring commercial operations or expanding sales channels * Established relationships with local real estate agencies and agents **Additional information** * Fixed salary \+ performance-based commission * Availability to work 100% onsite in Belo Horizonte \- MG Compensation: R$1\.815,07 \- R$8\.874,42 per month Work location: Onsite
