Perform verification, issuance, and tax entries for invoices (shipments, returns, toll manufacturing, imports, and supplementary invoices), ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Monitor discrepancies in J1BNFe, support ICMS/ICMS\-ST controls, track returns via CRM, and provide support for Sefaz/SIARE routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Experience in billing: invoice verification, issuance, and analysis, including returns. * Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP and Ecomex. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of CFOP, CST, and tax rules applicable to billing and return operations. **Additional Information** PLR (Profit Sharing) On-site cafeteria or meal voucher (depending on location) Health and dental insurance 24/7 telemedicine Wellhub (Gympass) Medication subsidy Transportation voucher Life insurance and funeral assistance Childcare assistance for mothers Private pension plan SESI benefits and discount club Exclusive ESAB product discounts At ESAB, we believe innovation emerges when extraordinary people unite with purpose.
