We are looking for a **UI Designer** to join our team. Your primary mission will be to transform concepts, user flows, and ideas into incredible, functional, intuitive, and visually impactful digital interfaces (web and mobile). We believe in professional autonomy. Therefore, the choice of design tool is yours (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)—what matters is the result. **What we expect from this professional:** * Develop high-fidelity layouts, mockups, and prototypes using your preferred tool. * Create, structure, and maintain a consistent Design System (reusable components, global styles, and visual documentation). * Design responsive interfaces, ensuring an excellent experience on both desktop and mobile devices. * Collaborate in refining the visual aspects of existing user flows to improve conversion and usability. * Prepare and organize files for handoff to developers, ensuring visual specifications are easy to inspect and implement. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Proven experience in this role (with focus on ERP and/or digital products) * Portfolio demonstrating real digital interface projects (focused on web, mobile apps, or systems) * Proficiency in interface design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) * Knowledge of interface animations and microinteractions * Strong understanding of design fundamentals: typography, color theory, grids, iconography, and visual hierarchy * Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within dynamic, multidisciplinary teams **Important:** We seek candidates with convenient access to Belo Horizonte for meetings and other alignments with the Operations team.
