




Job Summary: We are seeking a well-rounded marketing professional to build and accelerate Central Truck’s marketing efforts by creating, planning, executing, and monitoring campaigns. Campaign creation, planning, execution, and monitoring **Role Summary:** We seek a comprehensive marketing professional capable of operating across multiple domains — from creative development to technical execution — to structure and drive Central Truck’s marketing initiatives. This individual will be responsible for end-to-end campaign creation, planning, execution, and monitoring, while managing the company’s brand image, digital positioning, and digital performance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Paid Traffic Management: creation, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. * Social Media: strategic management of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn), including editorial calendars, content posting, and engagement reporting. * Filmmaker & Editor: video recording and editing (corporate videos, commercials, reels, and campaigns), applying creativity to produce high-impact content. * Design & Branding: creation of visual assets for posts, advertisements, and internal/external materials, consistently maintaining the brand’s visual identity. * Relationship Marketing: management of WhatsApp Business, segmented message broadcasts, catalogs, and campaign integrations. * Automation & CRM: use of tools such as RD Station (or similar) for lead generation, lead nurturing, and marketing automation. * Web Design: maintenance and enhancement of WordPress/Elementor websites, landing page creation, and campaign integration. * Analytics & Reporting: tracking KPIs, generating insights, and proposing continuous improvements across all marketing areas. **Desired Qualifications** * Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads. * Familiarity with RD Station or similar tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.). * Knowledge of WordPress/Elementor. * Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci, etc.). * Strong understanding of branding and digital positioning. * Creative and proactive mindset, balancing commercial results with brand strength. * Preferred: basic knowledge of photography and design (Photoshop/Canva).
