Description

Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and controlling goods, ensuring compliance and quality of items in stock. Key Responsibilities: 1. Receive and inspect goods, comparing them with invoices and purchase orders. 2. Organize products in the warehouse, ensuring easy access and proper preservation. 3. Manage inventory, monitoring expiration dates and quality. Goods Receiving: Inspect received goods against invoices and purchase orders to ensure alignment between the order and delivery. Storage and Organization: Arrange products in the warehouse by category and available space, ensuring easy access and optimal item preservation. Inventory Control: Conduct periodic counts and monitor stock levels to prevent discrepancies, shortages, or overstocking. Order Picking: Assist in picking materials for production or inter-unit transfers. Expiration and Quality Control: Monitor product expiration dates and conditions, ensuring only items meeting standards are used. System Updates: Record material receipts and issuances in the system to maintain up-to-date inventory control.
