Conduct technical training and guidance to promote best practices **Clinical Specimen Collection Supervisor / Blood Collection Supervisor** **Work Location**: Centro \- Betim \| CLT **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday; 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Saturday We are seeking a Clinical Specimen Collection Supervisor to work in Betim, responsible for coordinating and supervising specimen collection activities, ensuring technical quality, patient safety, and service efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise the specimen collection technicians and assistants, organizing schedules, routines, and task distribution. * Ensure proper execution of blood and other biological specimen collection procedures according to technical protocols. * Monitor patient service flow to ensure efficiency, quality, and humanized care. * Provide technical training and guidance to the team to promote best practices and process standardization. * Track departmental quality indicators (e.g., service time, collection errors, rework, etc.). * Ensure compliance with biosafety, health surveillance, and laboratory quality control regulations. * Support inventory management for the collection department (supplies, tubes, PPE, etc.). * Address operational incidents during service delivery and support the team in complex situations. * Maintain communication with reception, the laboratory’s technical department, and unit management to align operations. **Requirements** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Biomedicine, Nursing, Biological Sciences, or related fields. * Prior experience in blood collection and laboratory routine. * **Previous leadership or team supervision experience is considered a plus.** * Knowledge of biosafety and good laboratory practices. * Skills in process organization and operational routine management. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in medium- or large-scale clinical laboratories. * Experience managing quality indicators in laboratory specimen collection. * Proficiency in team training and development. **Compensation and Benefits** * Salary: BRL 2,600 \+ Hazard Pay (BRL 305.00\) * Health insurance and dental plan * Life insurance * Meal allowance: BRL 350.00 * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy * Gympass * SESC membership Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: BRL 2,600.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Questions: * What is your educational background? * Do you have leadership/supervisory experience in this field? * Which neighborhood and city do you reside in?
