Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for receiving, organizing, storing, and controlling materials, as well as fulfilling internal requests, ensuring efficient warehouse management. Key Highlights: 1. Full management of material receipt and storage. 2. Strict inventory control and periodic inventories. 3. Prompt and organized handling of internal requests. **Material Receipt** * Inspect received goods, verifying quantity, quality, expiration date, and invoice; * Record material receipts in the system or spreadsheets. **Organization and Storage** * Store and label materials appropriately; * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. **Inventory Control** * Track material inflows and outflows; * Conduct periodic inventories; * Monitor inventory levels to prevent losses, expirations, and damages. **Handling Requests** * Pick and deliver materials according to internal requests; * Record material withdrawals and guide staff on proper material usage. Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
