Key job responsibilities * Support recruitment and onboarding of new associates * Support audits of compliance with defined processes and procedures, including but not limited to hiring process management, eligibility, reporting, and partner experience * Provide hiring- and onboarding-related data to stakeholders as needed * Identify and implement continuous process improvements * Participate in specific team/FC (Fulfillment Center) projects * Develop and maintain effective communication processes to ensure smooth and efficient information flow among stakeholders * Perform any other tasks requested by the manager * Regularly support hiring sessions to assess delivery quality and provide constructive feedback and coaching to the responsible team A day in the life On a day-to-day basis, this role performs activities related to attracting, processing, and monitoring candidates applying for Level 1 (Logistics Associate) positions. A significant portion of time is dedicated to conducting New Hire Events, as well as activities related to recruitment events, job fairs, referral activations, informational sessions, follow-up calls, and lead conversion, among others.
