Description: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics Management, or related fields; * Knowledge of people management and Microsoft Office and BI tools; * Experience with SAP ERP system is a plus; * Competencies: Communication, Customer Focus, Initiative, Results Orientation, Resilience, Agility, and Innovation. * Plan and execute warehousing operations, ensuring proper application of the FEFO rule and maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness (5S); * Responsible for quality audits and good warehousing practices; * Supervise and ensure execution of cyclic and monthly inventories at the branch; * Develop and manage inventory reports, occupancy reports, critical date reports, inventory turnover reports, inventory value reports, and warehouse productivity reports; * Manage the team and monitor personnel-related KPIs, such as working hour balances, overtime hours, turnover rate, and absenteeism; * Monitor and control damages, and meet loss targets during material handling; * Ensure unit budget management with focus on cost, service level, and productivity; * Collaborate with Health and Safety department to prevent and correct issues that could lead to accidents; * KPI management. 2512130202201917434
