Conducting daily briefings and ensuring process standardization About the Role We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor to oversee and monitor logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, organization, and achievement of operational KPIs. This professional will be responsible for supervising inbound, outbound, warehousing, and inventory control processes, ensuring excellence in operations and alignment with departmental goals. Responsibilities and Duties \* Conduct daily briefings with the operations team, aligning goals, priorities, and safety; * Supervise outbound, inbound, warranty, and order-picking operations, ensuring adherence to deadlines and standards; * Monitor operational KPIs and propose continuous improvements; * Ensure execution of rotating inventories and inventory control; * Monitor and track fleet outbound flow to ensure delivery efficiency; * Ensure warehouse organization, layout, and safety; * Support process standardization and compliance with internal policies. Requirements and Qualifications Basic Requirements: \* Prior experience in supervision or leadership within logistics; • Knowledge of warehousing, distribution, and inventory control processes; • Experience with operational KPIs; • Organized, analytical profile with strong communication skills; • Leadership and operational team management capabilities.
