Here, we value a human-centered environment that embraces employees in all their diversity, fosters motivation, and encourages professional growth. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the supervisor in matters related to workforce, equipment, and materials, aiming to optimize operational activities; * Ensure batches are handled according to the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principle, guaranteeing correct dispatch aligned with production orders; * Collaborate with the Production Planner to maintain minimum finished goods inventory levels, preventing stockouts; * Monitor expiration dates of finished goods, ensuring appropriate stock turnover and avoiding losses due to expiry; * Contribute to reducing losses and waste, focusing on product shelf life; * Conduct periodic and rotating inventories regularly, ensuring inventory accuracy; * Participate in internal and external audits, as well as meetings focused on continuous process improvement; * Assist in monitoring delivery effectiveness and carrier requests, ensuring logistical fluidity; * Support the supervisor in tracking and analyzing departmental performance indicators, contributing to improved results. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Logistics, Administration, or related fields preferred); * Prior experience in logistics, warehouse, shipping, or inventory control; * Knowledge of standard procedures for receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of materials; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate level) **Benefits:** * Salary: competitive with market standards * Working hours: Mon–Thu 08:00–18:00; Fri 08:00–17:00 * Copayment-based Unimed Health Plan * MetLife Dental Plan * Meal allowance: BRL 25.00/day (Caju Card) * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance (flexible benefit) * Birthday Day Off * Life Insurance * Pharmacy Benefit * University Partnership Program * 30% discount on company product line * SESI Benefit * Gym Pass (Wellhurb)
