Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Analyst to plan, schedule, and monitor cargo pickups, ensuring adherence to lead times and managing incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for professionals with logistics experience We are looking for a **Logistics Analyst** to oversee pickup operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and schedule cargo pickups with shippers, sending pickup data and documents to the shipper; * Contact shippers to accept or reject cargo; * Contact fleet and contracted drivers to provide information about scheduled pickups; * Create pickup orders in SIAT; * Monitor vehicles in transit to ensure compliance with pickup lead times and scheduling; * Reschedule or reassign pickups in case of incidents en route (maintenance, arrival delays, accidents, traffic, etc.). **Requirements:** * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Relevant work experience; * **Availability to work the third shift: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM\.** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree.
