Have you ever considered working on Latin America’s most complete and innovative end\-to\-end Internet of Things (IoT) platform? **Location:** Nova Lima/MG (10 minutes from BH Shopping) **Schedule:** 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM \- Hybrid \- Monday to Friday **Job Responsibilities** * Receive shipments in the SSM system, performing proper entries and monitoring; * Generate *invoices* and *packing lists* according to shipping instructions; * Send shipping instructions to customs brokers, freight forwarders, and suppliers, following guidance from the responsible Analyst; * Monitor receipt of shipments at international warehouses and update internal control spreadsheets; * Request cash advances from the Finance Department and record entries in the RM system; * Record and reconcile expense reports received from customs brokers; * Track arrival of shipments at domestic inventory and notify requesting departments; * Enter and process invoices and receivables in the system, respecting cost centers; * Perform daily *follow up* on import and export processes; * Assist with fiscal entries for Import Invoices, Service Invoices, and CT\-e; * Assist in issuing documents required for export processes; * Update Excel spreadsheets, verify expense reports and expenditures; * Send and reply to e\-mails in Portuguese and English, maintaining contact with internal and external partners. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in undergraduate studies, from the **4th semester onward**, preferably in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields. **Required Knowledge:** + Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); + Intermediate level English; + Basic knowledge of foreign trade and its processes. **Requirements** -------------- ### **Education** * Bachelor's Degree * Technologist Degree ### **Language** * English \- Intermediate ### **Technical Skills** * Excel \- Intermediate * Basic knowledge of foreign trade and its processes. \- Basic **Benefits** -------------- * Breakfast * Flexible working hours * Cafeteria * Life insurance * Fuel allowance * Transportation allowance * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Zenklub * Onhappy (travel discount platform) * Meal allowance **Location** --------------- Rua Ministro Orozimbo Nonato, 102, 16th floor, Vila da Serra, Nova Lima \- MG, Brazil, 34000\-001
