An infrastructure-sector company is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to lead strategic fleet operations management. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum asset availability, structuring and enhancing processes, controlling costs, and driving initiatives related to operational efficiency, safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement—directly contributing to operational performance and results.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields;
Proven experience in managing light and heavy vehicle fleets;
Experience implementing or structuring fleet management processes;
Experience in maintenance, fuel, contract, and telematics management;
Knowledge of budgetary management, performance indicators (KPIs), and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis;
Familiarity with traffic legislation and risk management.
Differentiators
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Fleet Management, Strategic Planning, or related areas;
Certifications in Fleet Management, Project Management (PMP), or Asset Management (ISO 55001);
Experience in decarbonization projects.
