Then, \#JoinSenacMinas too! **Important** For information about Senac Minas’ selection processes, please visit our careers page: https://trabalheconoscosenacmg.gupy.io/ *This opportunity is open to persons with disabilities (PwD) and individuals rehabilitated by INSS, in alignment with our values of inclusion and diversity.* **Responsibilities and Duties** **As an Administrative Supervisor, your main challenges will be:** * Supervise the unit’s administrative and financial activities; * Advise leadership on school management and decision-making; * Monitor strategic indicators (delinquency, dropout rates, goals, and performance); * Support the unit’s strategic and annual planning; * Coordinate customer service, secretarial, and operational support processes; * Manage infrastructure, maintenance, cleaning, security, and logistics; * Monitor supplier and service provider contracts; * Control material resources, assets, warehouse inventory, and stocktaking; * Monitor budget, expenses, and resource utilization; * Supervise human resource management (timekeeping, shift scheduling, banked hours, and vacations); * Monitor indicators and implement continuous improvement actions; * Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation; * Prepare managerial reports, action plans, and executive presentations; * Develop and guide the team, ensuring goal achievement; * Identify and mitigate operational, asset-related, and administrative risks. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We are looking for someone with:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in supervising or coordinating administrative processes; * Experience in team management, contract management, budgeting, and infrastructure. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Experience in educational institutions, the “S” System, or medium-to-large organizations. * Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Educational Management, Human Resource Management, or related fields. **Work Location and Schedule:** * Senac Belo Horizonte/MG (in-person work); * Monday to Friday, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM\. **Additional Information** **What we offer our employees:** * CLT employment contract; * Market-competitive salary; * Transportation allowance; * Meal or food allowance; * Snack allowance; * Birthday day off; * Health and dental insurance; * SESC membership; * Childcare allowance — subject to internal benefits policy rules; * Private pension plan; * Group life insurance; * Funeral assistance; * Performance incentive scholarship (after 6 months of employment). * Tuition fee exemption for Senac courses (after 3 months of employment). **Have you ever imagined transforming thousands of lives through your work?** That’s how it is at Senac Minas!
