Beverage Preparation:
* **Mixology and recipes:** Know and apply various preparation techniques, such as shaking, mixing, and garnishing with fruits or herbs, to create cocktails.
* **Beverage knowledge:** Master knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages, as well as non-alcoholic options.
* **Equipment usage:** Operate bar equipment such as shakers, blenders, and measuring tools, ensuring precision and quality.
Customer Service and Experience:
* **Greeting and service:** Greet customers promptly, take orders accurately, and deliver high-quality, personalized service.
* **Communication:** Engage customers intelligently, demonstrating expertise and empathetic listening to foster a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.
* **Visual presentation:** Serve beverages that not only taste excellent but are also visually appealing, potentially including showmanship such as flair bartending or flame techniques.
Bar Management and Operations:
* **Organization:** Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment for both staff and customers.
* **Inventory management:** Assist in inventory control, ensuring sufficient stock of beverages and supplies to serve customers.
* **Transaction processing:** Accurately process financial transactions using cash and credit cards.
* **Legal compliance:** Adhere to all local and national laws related to the sale of alcoholic beverages.
