Key Responsibilities * Coordinate, guide, and monitor the pedagogical team; * Motivate and train teachers and staff; * Conduct pedagogical meetings; * Ensure shift organization and teaching quality; * Focus on results and continuous improvement. Requirements * Experience in coordination or supervision; * Intermediate or advanced computer skills; * Strong communication and meeting facilitation skills; * Proactive, organized profile with a results-oriented mindset; * Availability to work from Monday to Saturday.
