Job Summary: Responsible for managing the internal and external Talent Acquisition and Selection process, conducting interviews, tracking data, and guiding candidates. Key Highlights: 1. Managing the internal and external Talent Acquisition and Selection process 2. Conducting daily online and in-person interviews 3. Tracking and tabulating interviews in the system § Responsible for managing the internal and external Talent Acquisition and Selection process for operational positions at the BH sites; Conducting high-volume daily online and in-person interviews; Tracking and tabulating interviews in the system; Creating job postings and registering candidates in Jobs; Guiding candidates to training sessions, with follow-up and contact with absentees during the first four days; Developing and updating profile books for customer service roles per operation; Other duties inherent to the position.
