Sistemas Tecnol is a company specialized in technological solutions for enterprises, offering software development and IT consulting services. **Responsibilities:** Work on Interface Design (UI) and User Experience (UX). Develop prototypes to rapidly validate ideas. Conduct research, testing, and user validation. Lead Discovery processes. Work end\-to\-end, taking ownership of complete features. Defend design decisions based on data, best practices, and business objectives. Collaborate closely with Product Owners (POs), Project Managers (PMs), and cross-functional teams. Previous experience as a User Experience Designer, Interface Designer, Digital Product Designer, or Usability Specialist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor’s degree required.
