We provide software development services and IT consulting. **Responsibilities:** Work on Interface Design (UI) and User Experience (UX). Develop prototypes to rapidly validate ideas. Conduct user research, testing, and validation. Lead Discovery processes. Work end\-to\-end, taking full ownership of features. Defend design decisions based on data, best practices, and business objectives. Collaborate side-by-side with Product Owners, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams. Previous experience as a User Experience Designer, Interface Designer, Digital Product Designer, or Usability Specialist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor’s degree required.
