Installation and maintenance of broadband products ### **Responsibilities** PEOPLE MANAGEMENT: Practice and disseminate the company’s mission, vision, values, and management principles to safeguard the company’s image and strengthen its culture. Manage people by establishing objectives and goals, structuring work, developing tools for associate training, and managing and evaluating results. INVESTOR RELATIONS: Supervise and ensure execution of activities related to shareholder services. ### **Position Overview** OK: Responsible for installation and maintenance of optical broadband, xDSL, and STFC products. Serve corporate clients, SMEs, and individual customers. This role also requires knowledge of Algar’s offered products, as the incumbent is responsible for recommending migration or upgrades to GPON or STFC broadband products. ### **Prerequisites** Reside in the city of Belo Horizonte
