Operational Controller (COP)

Description

Job Summary: Responsible for verifying information, assigning and monitoring field team activities, completing spreadsheets, providing support, and interacting with customers and partners. Control and verification of installation standardization We seek individuals who enjoy taking on challenges. * Verifies information in the service order before assigning teams. * Assigns tasks to field teams (internal or partner) while verifying their operational area. * Monitors field team activities (internal or partner). * Controls and completes technical capacity spreadsheets for installations. * Provides support to field teams (internal or partner) via the service platform or corporate phone. * Contacts customers by phone or via the service platform to schedule or provide information regarding contracted services. * Interacts with related departments through the service platform. * Contacts responsible persons at partner companies to discuss installation or repair matters. * Guides and assigns field inspectors to monitor installations. * Records performed or non-performed activities in the service order. * Controls and verifies installation standardization after service closure, through photo review, service order interaction, and signature of the monitoring supervisor.
