Every day, 80,000 colleagues lead the way toward greener and smarter mobility worldwide—connecting cities while reducing carbon emissions and replacing cars. **Temporary position with potential for extension.** Plan, execute, and evaluate system and equipment tests, ensuring they operate according to specifications prior to delivery for operation. **Responsibilities:** * Test Planning: Develop and implement detailed test plans and schedules for verification of systems and equipment. * Test Execution: Conduct functional, operational, and performance tests, ensuring systems operate in accordance with specifications. * Analysis and Evaluation: Assess test results, identifying failures, inconsistencies, and areas requiring improvement. Support technical investigations together with Engineering and internal/external suppliers. * Documentation: Prepare technical reports documenting tests performed, results obtained, and recommendations for improvements. * Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to resolve problems and ensure system effectiveness. * Training: Provide guidance and training to operational teams on tested systems, ensuring proper understanding of their functionality. * Preventive Maintenance: Contribute to developing maintenance plans and corrective actions, if required. Support implementation of field modifications. * Compliance: Ensure all testing and commissioning processes comply with applicable standards and regulations. * Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on system performance and contribute to solutions improving process efficiency and safety. * Ensure smooth communication flow regarding interventions \& operations during problem correction and support shift handover if applicable. * Scheduling: Monitor activities to ensure they commence and conclude on dates specified in the plan. **Qualifications \& Experience** * + Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Telecommunications/Transportation). + Basic knowledge of IT. + Up to 3 years’ experience as an engineer engaged in problem solving / investigation / testing experience (Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Telecommunications/Transportation). + Fluent Portuguese, Intermediate English. + Available for national and international travel (short- and long-term assignments).
