We seek a careful, responsible individual with strong attention to detail to operate cutting equipment, monitor production, and ensure the quality of cut parts. Responsibilities * Operate water jet cutting machine * Prepare and supervise cuts according to files and technical instructions * Verify dimensions and quality of cut parts * Organize plates and materials for cutting * Support material utilization optimization * Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of the machine * Follow safety and quality guidelines * Report malfunctions, deviations, or maintenance needs Requirements * Experience operating water jet cutting machines * Attention to dimensions, finish, and quality * Ability to follow procedures * Responsibility and organization * Availability to work on-site in Betim/MG Differentials * Basic technical drawing reading ability * Knowledge of measurements, plates, and metallic materials Desired Profile * Careful and focused individual * Good teamwork attitude * Capacity to learn technical processes * Commitment to quality and deadlines * Interest in remaining with and developing within the company What We Offer * Salary commensurate with role and experience * Transportation allowance * Food basket * Breakfast and afternoon coffee * Work schedule from Monday to Friday * Collaborative work environment * Opportunity for technical learning in a specialized industry Working Hours * Monday to Thursday: **07:30 AM – 5:30 PM** * Friday: **07:30 AM – 4:30 PM** * No work on Saturdays * Overtime is rare Location **Jardim Piemont — Betim/MG** Compensation: R$3.000,00 – R$3.200,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Food basket * Free parking * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
